I never could get the history brush to work for me... whats the trick?
When i try to do duotone stuff i have to doup the original photo (the color) layer and then create a layer mask on the b&w layer... i'm sure the history brush would be easier...

Wow.......I must say that I like this very much. It's very experimental in a sense.......and the coloring is great! And about the history brush.....that tool is soooooooo frieken awesome. I use it on every photo of mine...one way or another. It's especially good for photos when you saturate the shot about fifty percent, then use the history brush on 'Soft light' mode at about 75 percent over the photo. I usually do that for self-portraits. It always turns out very nicely. But that's just one little step :). Anywho, good job on this shot man. :D

i still cant figure out the history brush...I just gave up on it :D I really like the photo, it'd be something I'd get a print of :) love the colors

great work, except 2 things...

the drop shadow that looks artificial... check my tutorial, it may give you some tips on doing realistic drops, the tut in not very good but it can give you an idea of how-to :)

and the "dread" look you have, but thats just my taste I realy dont like the style very much :P
